This is Spidey, the Spiderman ( Spider Enderman)! He's actually more than that, he's a Spider Endernaga, but Spiderman is easier.

He's an addict to Redstone and will hoard it when he gets the chance, he slithers around in mines to scare normal players for shits and giggles.
