I would apologise for being inactive but I switched off the part of my brain that was meant to care about this shit. If he makes another blog I'll bother to start archiving again but, honestly, I have such little respect for the guy if you had approached me IRL the past few days to ask about him I'd be like, "Who??" LOL. Not that I don't care about his actions, but I'm a dickhead so it's easy for me to think of someone so lowly they're just dirt beneath my heel. I only dedicate space in my brain to people *I* care about.

I also don't care about anti-endos whining to me about cross-tagging to be honest. Wahhh wahhh the abusive guy I ignored because I had the luxury of never being sexually harassed by xem is being shoved in my face :( My headmate may have any amount of respect for you but I am sick of playing house with you fuckers who've told me from the moment I was imparted on this earth that I'm not real or that I'm a harm to the community or WHATEVER else you have to say.

Note: Although I agree that more users should be wary about the information they post online, that doesn't mean you're allowed to go around fakeclaiming others. Being vulnerable is not an invitation for harassment and scrutiny from those who should know better than to bully others online.

And I'm marking this as sanism since for many users it is more practical to disclose their disorders if it adds necessary context to what may otherwise appear to be confusing behaviour E.G (and pertinent to plurality) alters expressing contradictory views and different temperaments while being perceived as a singlet. This attitude is counterintuitive to the proponent of destigmatising disorders that is allowing people with disorders to be seen and act disorderly (if it does not cause harm to others), humanising them in the public's eyes and normalising what are actually innocuous behaviours-- like pwNPD acting confidently, pwSchizophrenia wording sentences less coherently, pwAutism being "too intense" about their interests, etc.

Declaring there are spaces where marginalised people cannot disclose key information about themselves and excusing harassment as "the internet being the internet" is what makes those spaces unsafe in the first place. Harassers should not be bullying marginalised people into the closet, it is the harassers that deserve to be run into the closet. Hence why I've made this blog. Fuck you Astro. Go to 4chan if you love being an anonymous bigot so much.

Note: You are not defending disabled people by using them as a "..gotcha!" for your arguments, especially when it plays into the "tragedy" and "suffering" of people with Down syndrome. People with Down syndrome can live fulfilling and happy lives when they are treated as people instead of a burden on their communities, when they're not seen as an object that invites pity. Although support needs vary and there will be people with Down syndrome who cannot approach the functioning of an able-bodied person (I say this to acknowledge the disabled people who view their disability negatively, not because I personally view being able-bodied as being "superior" by the way), the idea that people with Down syndrome are doomed to live shitty lives unable to take care of themselves is the exact attitude that perpetuates the systemic withholding of their rights.

And I would not typically comment on the use of the word dumbass, since I know many people casually use it (even though I myself have taken to avoiding the term), but using that particular insult after being blatantly ableist makes you a shit head. Fuck you.

Thought I should make this note to dispel questions that may have arisen from me labeling this post as ableist when Astro is being "progressive" in this post. HAH HAH HAH. No, he's not. And I'm trying to keep these posts brief but if you need more elaboration on this post send an ask and I can answers questions you may have. (Astro called someone "slow" in a different post by the way so that says all it needs to about what xe thinks about people with intellectual disabilities. Check the ableism tag if you missed it.)

Astro Minor speaking, I genuinely do hope that Astro just quits this stuff and does some reflection on his behaviour. It would be nice if he could ditch the entire anti-endo stance, but at the least xe should become an anti-endo with some principles who actually knows what they're talking about. Anti-endos are capable of being informed and making good points about the community, but putting the cart before the horse by assuming endos are malingering or psychotic without thoroughly investigating the demographic at hand is a weird position to take.

Also, it must be said that the theory of structural dissociation is a way of understanding CDDs in order to treat it, not something that you swing around like a bat to make it appear as if you are on the "scientifically backed" side of the argument. Something can't be "opposed" to endogenic plurality if it's not made with endogenic plurality in mind..? It can't be "anti" something that it never had an intention to debunk?

I think that a lot of anti-endos just don't talk to endogenic multiples and close themselves off from those relationships before their preconceptions about the demographic can be challenged, so that the idea of the inherently problematic DID faker can continue to exist. Relevant to Astro, they create scenarios where they turn endos into antagonists and then use that as "proof" that we're antagonistic...

Speaking on Major's behalf, yes, he can be hostile towards anti-endos, but that's only AFTER having being made to internalise a lot of rhetoric that's caused additional confusion and distress to our experiences. It's normal to respond in hurt ways to people making you feel like your existence is problematic or not even real... You know?

But uhm. Anywayss... I guess my point is that I don't think anti-endos are all monsters or anything and if someone wants to change for the better then that's cool. If you're someone who has doubts about your anti-endo position, I would encourage you to just go out of your way to talk to endos (who want to talk about themselves of course) and learn about our experiences. It'll probably recontextualise things you didn't understand about our positions before. So yeag.
