tbh I've had a hard time figuring out to approach certain asteroids, cuz they tend to move super slow which makes it a bit hard to incorporate them into a personal reading. I do consider them if I'm being asked a specific question that relates to that astroid, and I will consider them if they are in a significant house for that chart/if they are in close aspect to a personal planet. Otherwise I do not pay toooooo much mind to them.

I read your posts about what seventeen would be like when they have a crush on someone and I actually completely agree about minghao. It reminded me of his song side by side. While he usually seems so in control and serious, the lyrics, especially the parts "I want to hold hands with you but I don't know what to do, I want to give all my heart to you but I'm lost for words when I'm before you" sound exactly like how you described what he'd be like. It just sounds like someone being so flustered while having a crush on someone.

firstly, i've been going through your blog for hours it's so fun and interesting! i've read most of the posts from your masterlist and also gone through lots of tags, days of entertainment. anyway, OH MY GOD i was so surprised to see seungcheol's chart because i have all the same personal planets except my sun is in cancer instead of leo. EVERYTHING ELSE IS THE SAME?? my placements are cancer sun and rising, capricorn moon, leo mercury and venus, and libra mars! but i don't really feel like i relate to him that much, atleast on the surface? i would say my personality most closely resembles wonwoo's in a lot of ways. it's so fascinating. also mingyu and seungcheol both have the fire sign eyebrows oof it's so attractive 🔥

that'd make sense with wonwoo! the reality is, cheol doesn't really have any water in his chart (don't think??) so while he may still have a lot of similar aspects, I find those super parallel placements between people are really hard to identify until you're in close proximity to them. Like, you know if you were to have a convo with cheol you'd probably find you process emotions similarly or have a similar type in terms of what you look for in significant others! But wonwoo has that duel water/fire which is going to feel more immediately familiar even from a distance.

hiii!!! ☺️ so ive always struggled with identity, how i appear to others. i often feel like internal me is alot more complex and smarter than “external” me lets on and I dont know how to portray that to others. Would there be any major factors in my chart that can confirm this?😭😭 my dob is 11th August 2003, 1pm/London, UK!!!

OMG the moment i read your ask i instantly thought "sounds like a leo with a scorpio rising" and I was RIGHT. and I knew that because i am also a leo with a scorpio rising 🤣

this placement is interesting, especially because it makes our chart function in these super strong polarities in fixed signs. The hard angles in our charts (rising, descendant, ic, and midheaven) are all in fixed signs. that can lead towards living in a sense of extremes??? if that makes sense. you don't typically experience gradual transition, it's usually just CHANGE, CHANGE, CHANGE all at once. what also kinda makes our charts stand out is that they look and function like the wheel of fortune or the world card in tarot --meaning that we naturally facilitate change, and our goal in life is to close out cycles.

what makes the leo placement SO interesting in a scorpio rising chart, is that it puts your sun near the midheaven (either in the 9th, or 10th house) and thus, directly square our ascendant. For me, I have my sun in the 9th house which indicates my actualization through transformation is through higher education and spirituality. For you, it's gonna be through career! There are a lot of really rough things about this placement. for one, with your rising squared your sun, there is a tendency for people to misinterpret your actions. This makes it really hard to understand who you are because what people tell you about yourself differs so greatly from your own understanding of your intentions. in general, i think the square placement makes it 1) super easy for people to make assumptions about us because we typically cause such strong reactions in people and 2) it makes it really hard for us to express ourselves in ways that fully align with how we feel (can also make it hard for us to communicate our emotional needs!)

In my experience, this can go a few ways. I've noticed that people are either unnecessarily intimidated by me, or people assume I'm far more passive a person than I actually am. it's either extreme. for you in what you're describing to me, it sounds like people assume you don't think nearly as deeply as you do. to WHICH I'VE GOTTA SAY if you're like any other scorpio placement i know, ur def out here playing 3d chess. def don't worry about trying to prove that to others, it kinda comes in handy when you get older LOL (people tell me a lot of secrets, idk why).

the other thing to bear mention is that our risings tell the story of our lives. for a scorpio rising, our existence is defined by constant transformation. I was always super frustrated because it felt like the moment I got used to something, the situation changed. That's the challenge scorpio risings are set to face, mainly because that's something we're equipped to handle. it's frustrating, especially when you are young, but as you grow into it you realize your perception of it may change. When I was younger I used to think it was because I couldn't have any one good thing for long, but as I grow older, I realize it's a certain degree of healthy discernment. I'm quick to cut through bullshit and often times can get straight to the source of the issue, especially as I've gotten older and have learned how to communicate these things while also mediating my strong emotions (which do come to me cuz of these strong polarities in my chart). I've found that when other people get scared of change, I've already started planning (ugh tho my quarter of a century lesson rn is how to do that and NOT just anticipate instability) But a scorpio rising wants stability so bad, but you can only really find it when you find it in yourself. just cuz we be causing so much change and for no good reason lmfao. we're legit just sitting here???

the other tricky part about this placement is the aquarius ic! I think this is especially sad for leos because we are such creatures of comfort. an aquarius IC can mean that you've felt isolated in your childhood. You have an aqua moon, an aqua IC, and uranus in the 4th house. this can mean a lot of things, but at the core of it it means that you may have struggled to feel a sense of stability and validation from your family (more specifically your mother). your family may have been very objective, or in some cases, very cold. I know for me, I struggled to establish a bond with both of my parents which -- again -- is super devastating for a leo. Leos can take the smallest bit of validation and love and encouragement and literally perform miracles with the confidence that gives them. the thing about a scorpio rising leo, is we may have had to learn how to source that motivation by ourselves for a really long time.

in terms of what this means for your identity question -- it can be really hard to establish a sense of self if you weren't given a super encouraging environment growing up. MAYBE I'M PROJECTING, but i've found this to be a very common trait with aquarius ic/moon placements. If this applies, def take this as confirmation that you are not alone and that you literally are so kind and capable. sometimes it comes down to something so simple as no one having validated to you that you are in fact an incredibly intelligent person growing up. An aqua ic could have meant that you were encouraged to intellectualize your feelings which made you look at your emotions in a very black and white kind of way, and really you crave more nuance. you have your sun conjunct the midheaven, opposite your moon in aqua which can mean you never felt truly understood growing up. you are a complex person, but if no one made an effort to understand that, it can make it really hard to conceptualize what that means exactly. for me, I'm the only fire sign in my family so that makes me a "black sheep" in that sense, tho I hardly see myself as drastically weirder than the rest of my family lol. I think if anything, it manifests in the sense that I tend to be the more outrageous, dramatic, and assertive kind of person in my family. with an aqua ic, this made me stand out from my family who are more logically/intellectually/emotionally motivated (two air, two water signs). it sucks sometimes cuz there is such an enthusiasm in leos, but with an aqua ic this could have been discouraged growing up.

the kind of beauty about this placement is that it puts leo on your midheaven along with your sun, putting you in your element right at the very peak of your chart. you will grow into yourself, and when you do, you're going to be such a positive and enlightening person for so many people. You will have earned your confidence and your identity, though I don't blame you for feeling frustrated now. Just know that things will only get easier!!

AHHH that's all so cheesy! lol we have very similar charts so it kinda feels like i'm sending a letter to 19 year old me. either way, i hope this gave some context and sorry if I just PROJECTED ALL OVER THIS AND THIS IS NOT AT ALL ACCURATE LOL. what r your thoughts on mbti?

if it floats ur boat go for it! lol my controversial take is I put astrology, tarot, mbti, and religion under the same kind of theological umbrella. they all mainly serve the purpose of validating ourselves and our experience to ourselves, so by all means if that helps in understanding yourself and helps guide you through introspection and self reflection then go for it. that's never not a good thing.

but for me at least, i don't think mbti offers nearly the same degree of detail and nuance that astro gives. it kinda presents itself as the more "credible" psuedo-science and tbh, I don't think it is actually comparable. really i just think mbti is more suited for those who want to know more about themselves and how they fit in the world, but don't think astrology is legit enough lol i realize those are probs some fighting words but it kinda gives me that vibe. i think humans are silly, just like what you like if it's not harming anyone.

ahhhh i did think of that! my thing is idk how much i'd have it in me to make consistent content if that makes sense? with the community concept I can work one-on-one and actually get into detail in ways I just can't do with general readings. and tbh doing general readings for sun/moon/rising is so common, and i fear that they're a little toxic (cuz learning discernment for those things is super hard!) so I kinda worry more about the misinterpretation/misuse of my readings than having a large audience if that makes sense. plus the human connection aspect is another factor, I think having that small group of people would be nice and in a perfect world it'll be super supportive and constructive. again idk how many people would be interested, i think even just a silly group of 5 people would be nice! plus i think if you're someone who is struggling with just the sheer saturation of astrology/tarot content on the internet, and know it's not healthy, but still want it in your life -- this would be a safe place to explore that! i dunno, just thoughts! if anyone has any ideas for tiers or perks, lemme know!
