What’s your opinion on race changing, but just to fit in? Like being mixed, etc. Still being your original race, but adding a pinch of Japanese for example, if you’re shifting to an anime?

I haven’t done it, just curious.

okay, in my opinion i think there isn’t a need to change your race to fit into whatever media your shifting to. especially anime since there are plenty of characters in anime who aren’t japanese.

the only way i see someone being “something else” is if they decided one of their parents, grandparents etc are that race

yana im a new shifter and I wanna ask do you need motivation in order to have a successful shifting attempt? cause I thought having motivation just had u like “ok get tf up and finish ur script and then go try and shift”.. cs rn i don’t have any motivation

hii to answer your question no, you do not need motivation. i’ve seen so many stories of ppl shifting without even trying to or even not being motivated at the time

though motivation will help if you really do need it

some ways to become motivated is by reviewing your scripts, pinterest boards, watching/reading the media your shifting too, music, and basically anything that will help you connect to that dr

think about all the things you’ll get to do when you get there, the people you’ll meet, your powers, places you’ll go etc

say affirmations through out the day, weather out loud or in your head

my best advice is to not rush to shift, take your time and let the universe do its thing. your exactly where you need to be, trust me

i dunno if this is a question to ask u so u don’t have to respond if u don’t want to ! but im an upcoming senior for 25-26 and i wanna start my college essay this summer. i knew ever since i was in my freshman year i wanted to write my essay on shifting / manifesting since they’re the same thing, but im definitely struggling on how to exactly start it? like, a hook yk? i feel like if i have any ideas i can get started really easy. because i wanna write about it but i dont want it be some sort of information type of essay, i want it to say how it effected me and how i used it as an escapism my earlier years. im just not as confident on how to start it or structure it. do u have any ideas ?

ouuuu this sounds fun, okay i think a way you could start your essay is by retelling what got you started with manifestation/shifting. a powerful quote is always good, you can talk about the community surrounding manifestation/shifting

I need advice please I am planning to do the pillow method to shift but you know how you have to visualize for it? I can’t like I can’t think of anything in my dr to make me visualize maybe me on the red carpet? Idkkk….do you have any ideas or tips I can imagine myself as in my dr?

okay! so how i help myself visualize most of the time is with music. there’s always song that will remind me of one of my drs or potential drs.

first, think of your dr self. think about who you are, what you represent, the things you like etc.

for example: your this it girl/boy right? i’ll put on ‘i’m that girl’ by beyonce bc that’s the embodiment i get when i think of that

does that make sense? lol

but say if i’m daydreaming abt a dr of mines etc. let’s say the setting is naruto or black clover. for me when it comes to those types of drs, i think of being in a battle/fighting.

so for me i’ll play songs like ‘ameriican requiiem’ & ‘freedom’ by beyonce bc it gives me that feeling of fighting for a good cause (and bc i imagine my self signing them songs while fighting too lmao)

one thing you can do, is try visualizing through out the day. go over your scripts, pinterest boards etc. try to build that connect with your drs. think about things you can’t wait to do when you wake up in your dr.

like the people you’ll see, going on trips, walking the red carpet etc. look at videos and imagine your dr self doing those things

i hope all of this made sense and i don’t sound like a crazy person. if someone has better advice to add please do lol
