Yasssss crush those goals...... While traveling, a workout is normally a struggle. However, as I continue to keep myself accountable for reaching all set goals I remain active. So, walking is my go to for cardio. Yesterday, when we arrived I went shopping mostly window shopping 😒...but there you have it over 10k steps! Equals 5 miles....goals met! Steps set for 6k per day!!
