I am a synesthete. That means I have synesthesia, a condition where some of my senses are linked in unusual ways. My strongest type of synesthesia is chromesthesia, which means when I hear sounds, I "see" colors in my head too. I have weak smell-color and sensation-color synesthesia as well. So some strong smells and sensations also cause me to "see" colors in my head.
