auriferous and her parents lived a happy and normal life when they're living in chicago not until when her father cheated on her mother. her father left the both of them in chicago with his new family. her mother decided to move to hawkins, indiana with auriferous at year 1977.

at the age of 17, her mother told her to apply an intership at hawkins post since she has a talent in terms of creative writing. she immidiately became friends with nancy wheeler and jonathan byers. her whole life changed when she found out the truth about on what is happening to those people who went missing inside of hawkins, indiana.
