What’s going in with Noah has made me feel physically ill. It’s disturbing and sick that people would even joke about this, but the high chance that they will act on it is 100x worse. I just discovered something!!!

While doing my compilation posts about Mike being disgusted at everything, I was really interested in his face here from 3x01:

There's a marked difference in how Dustin looks thinking about Phoebe Cates and Suzie compared to Mike. Mike looks less than interested. While working on my "Mike is disgusted" posts, this face qualified as disgusted. And yes, maybe that's because he's weirded out by Dustin dating some hot girl, BUT. Then I looked up Phoebe Cates.

At first I was like, yeah she is hot, seems kinda gay to be making that face at the mention of her. But then I realized: those red bikini pictures are from Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

And when else has Fast Times at Ridgemont High popped up? Oh yeah, that's right, Steve used it as evidence to prove that Vickie likes boobies in 4x01.

This actress that was used to show that Vickie likes girls, likes boobies, was used previously as one of the many hints that Mike doesn't like them! They're using Fast Times and Phoebe Cates as a way to show evidence about a character's sexuality. We saw that Steve was right: Vickie is into girls and likes Robin. Which means that Mike looking disgusted at Phoebe Cates is pointing to him being queer, maybe gay.

ST loves it's parallels. And here's another Mike-Vickie one.

lucas sinclair has actually never done anything wrong in his life and i will die on that hill. he’s perfect and funny and caring and he’s saved the party like 4 times alone so i will not stand for any sort of slander

when i say i'm not a mike apologist because he has nothing to apologize for i'm being totally serious. he's made some mistakes but as far as we know the s3 stuff is forgotten and in s4 he barely does ANYTHING. he already apologized to will and will is the only one lying to mike this season. and the whole "not being able to say ily to el"? okay, they have to work that out. but is it really mike's fault? it's not like he does it on purpose, he genuinely thinks he's (that he HAS to be) in love with her.

some people act as if mike killed somebody or was the worst person to ever exist when he's just... a teenager. a pretty much confused teenager who's figuring himself out. el hurt people too. will lies too. everyone should apologize here, not only mike.
