Hello all you lovely people (both members of the group and anyone else who sees it)! I hope you're all healthy, happy and generally well!

We've all had a lot going on but I'm hoping that we can get the group up and going again soon.

I touched base with Major and our current plan is to see Infinity War and make a decision on the plot after that. At present the starting off point for this universe is right after Age of Ultron, we'll see how this goes and make a decision on if we'd like set the starting point at the end of this film or not.

Hey all! I only got two replies to this, which wasn't quite enough to run this event, so I'm posting it again in the hopes of getting a few more people on board.

We’ve got an event coming up! Who’s interested?

Here’s the gist: People who volunteer will be paired to to write threads based on a mission dossier that you will both receive.

The event will last for three weeks and people who complete their mission during that time will have succeeded and those who don’t will have failed (which will come with consequences for the characters and the overall plot).

Please message Meg if you’d like to sign up for this event and which character you’ll be using.

New Year, New Us!

What up, A+X-ers?

As part of our effort to bring life back to the group we recently did a survey to see what people would think of us moving from Skype to Discord.

Of the nine responses we got 4 people said they didn't care either way, 2 said they wanted the change, 2 were against but would make the switch and 1 said they don't like change would not make the switch.

Unfortunately it's impossible to make a decision that everyone will love and based on the answers and the numerous problems we've experienced from Skype from an administrative perspective (mostly the ability to add and remove people from the chat) we will be making the switch to Discord starting January 1st 2018.

I acknowledge that this is a big change and might prove difficult for some people and I encourage you to bring any concerns to Major or myself (though tech concerns should probably go to Major as she has more experience with Discord).

Thank you all for your continued support and dedication to the group. We wouldn't be here today if it weren't for all of you and the time and effort you've put into bringing your characters to life and we love each and every one of you.

Can't wait to ring in a new year of ass kicking with our RP family.

WHO THE FUCK IS MAJOR?

So last year in March I moved from my Mom’s house into the city with my boyfriend. It has been AMAZING. But I went from spending 80% of my time bored at home while my mother hogged the television to being with my boyfriend with whom I share basically all of my interests from video games to Pokemon GO raids to movies. What does this mean? It means introverted me has been HARDLY AROUND since MARCH. 

Terrible. 

Since that move I’ve dealt with being in the hospital, a tragedy at work, some trauma, a death in the family and a whole heap of financial issues. On top of all of that, I felt anxious as hell to get back to you guys because holy jeeze it’s been a long time and do they even want me back and blah blah blah - all things Meg has assured me thousands of times over were anxieties. 

But you know what? The god damn Infinity Wars trailer came out. And as I was sitting there picking it apart in pain staking detail with my boyfriend I realized the only people I wanted to scream about the lack of Quicksilver and the apparent advent of Young Avengers to was YOU GUYS. 

So I’m comin’ back. I might be a little too scatter brained these days for Skype but FUCK IT. I need my kiddos. So I’m starting fresh. Kate and Pietro are both back (and if I ever try to get a third punch me please). I’m starting them anew as if I’m just joining. 

So ... basically I MISS YOU GUYS. Let’s RP. Let’s have fun.
