First time writing something like this sorry if it is rambly but I wanted to get it out anyways ...

Hear me out Jason's darling who was his childhood best friend along with darlings twin from an orphanage and they would meet time and time when they snuck out the orphanage and eventually an incident happens and the joker attacks the orphanage and kills most of the children there and the children that survived were like pawned off to be sidekicks or children of other villains because the orphanage was experimenting on them to give them a meta-like powers. But because most of the children and twin were killed he thinks that darling is dead but reality the joker made her his new sidekick/daughter. So imagine his shock when he goes against the joker and find out the joker's sidekick The Pierrot is his childhood best friend who he thought he was dead. After the two figure out who each other are they start discreetly trying hanging out without the bat or the joker knowing.eventually they start to fall for each other and start dating but the joker finds out and the incident where Jason dies happens but instead of the joker killing him the joker makes darling kill him themselves and killing him basically makes it hard for them and to love and one day they snap and tried to kill the joker but are stopped by someone in the batfam maybe Red Hood maybe Batman himself not too sure yet. And after he is revived and he becomes Red Hood he becomes obsessed with darling and believe that he needs to save them from the joker but in reality they don't want anything to do with him in love teasing him about it
