Things That Changed My Life After Getting Into College
When I first got into college, I knew things would be different, but I didn’t fully understand how much my life would change. Before, life was predictable—classes, home, the occasional meet-up with friends. Now, it’s a whirlwind of new experiences, challenges, and excitement.
College has pushed me out of my comfort zone in ways I never expected. I’ve met so many new people, each with different backgrounds and perspectives, which has really broadened my outlook on life. The friends I’ve made here have introduced me to new activities—like our karaoke sessions and those spontaneous trips to places like Bukit Bintang and Bangi. I’ve eaten foods I never thought I’d try, explored cities I’d never been to, and found myself doing things that I wouldn’t have considered before.
The independence I’ve gained is another major change. I’m no longer just following a routine that someone else set for me; I’m managing my own time, deciding what’s important, and learning from my mistakes. At times, it’s overwhelming, but I feel like I’m becoming a more responsible and capable person.
Academically, it’s been a step up. There’s more pressure to stay on top of things, but at the same time, I’m finding subjects that truly interest me. I feel like I’m starting to discover who I am and what I want to do with my life.
College has definitely been a journey of growth. It’s been full of highs and lows, but it’s shaping me into someone I’m proud of becoming. Life after getting into college is not just about studying—it’s about finding myself and embracing all the changes that come my way.

Happiest Memories In My Semester 1
This semester has been full of incredible experiences that I’ll never forget. It feels like I’ve done so much in such a short time and I’m grateful for every moment.
One of the highlights was going to karaoke with my friends. Singing our hearts out, laughing at our off-key notes, and just letting go made those nights so fun and freeing. It’s crazy how something as simple as karaoke can bring so much joy and create such strong bonds with people.
Another memorable moment was visiting Bukit Bintang with the same group of friends. I showed them the fun places in Bukit Bintang since I lived in KL. We explored, took photos, and just soaked in the energy. I loved every second of it, especially because I’m with my favorite people.
Exploring Bangi was another adventure. Walking around, discovering new spots, and just enjoying the time with friends made it feel like a mini getaway. I felt like seeing things from a whole new perspective, even if it was just a different part of town.
Looking back, these experiences have made this semester unforgettable. They’re not just fun memories but moments that shaped my friendships, my perspective, and even my sense of adventures . I can’t wait to see what next semester brings.
