FLASH MISSING VANISHES IN CRISIS

After an extreme street battle with the Re verse-Flash, our city's very own Scarlet Speedster disappeared in an explosion of light. The cause ot the right is currently unknown. According to wit-nesses, The Flash, with help from Starling City's Green Arrow, The Atom, and Hawkgirl, began fighting the Reverse-Flash around midnight last night. The sky took on a deep crimson color as the ensuing battle created the most destruction this city has seen since The Flash first arrived in Central City.

Several trucks were caught in the tray, spilling their contents into the street. Power outages swept nearly twenty city block. between l6th street and Adams Avenne. Rive of those blocks still remain without power. All of the building in the area were evacuated by the CCPD, with help from The Atom

According to reports, as The Flash and Re. verse-rash battled with each other between two overturned tanker trucks, the lightning emanating trom the speedsters threatened to ignite spilled oil leaking from one of the trucks.

The smoke from the truck's engine made it difficult to see, but it appeared at one point they were having a very heated conversation betore continuing the fight. Then, suddenly, The Flash sped Reverse-Flash and the two vanished leaving The Atom, Green Arrow and Hawkgirl behind.

An evewitness who watched the battle trom her apartment building before being evacuated said,"It was hard to see, but The Flash and Reverse-Flash were zipping up and down Monroe Avenue and then there was a whole bunch of lightning, and then nothing. It was weird."

Other witnesses described a similar phenomenon: a blinding light followed by darkness as the sky returned to black. And as the streets quieted, it took onlv a moment to realize The Flash and Reverse-Flash were gone without a trace.

Central City Police Chief, Joe West held a press conference in the wee hours of the morning stating, "We don't have very many details now. What we do know is tonight Central City's greatest protector vanished in a flash. We only hope he returns just as quickly." A sentiment shared by all who call this great city home.

Well I first watched Helluva Boss while waiting for Hazbin Hotel and let me tell you, you won’t be disappointed! It’s very similar to Hazbin Hotel and it has more episodes.

This might just be me but why do people even want to see amazing animated things, things that work partially based on being animated, turned into live action because animation is SUCH a good medium for visual storytelling. Like why would you look at something like avatar the last Airbender and think "yeah this but not animated" what

Theseus, who was helped by poseidon multiple times, but in the end was thrown off a cliff by the citizens of Athens and drowned. Drowned in the ocean, the very domain of his father.

Kymopoleia, who was neglected by Poseidon once he found her to be too violent, left to wander his abandoned palaces, given up as a war prize to man she didn't even want with no choice at all.

Bellerophon, who was given the pegasus to tame as a gift from Poseidon in some myths, dying by falling off of it on his way to Olympus.

I'm just saying, that line wasn't a random throwaway line by Ares, he means it.

Happy anniversary, Coraline!

Coraline is officially 15 years old today!

I'll never forget when it came out on DVD and I first watched it with my brothers at night with the lights turned off. I was of course really freaked out by it, but my oldest brother seemed pretty calm throughout the whole film. He normally didn't get scared easily. But the very next morning, he came downstairs for breakfast and told us he'd had a nightmare about the Beldam running at him screaming.

I work as a programmer for $35 an hour.

They once forgot to pay me for 8 extra hours that they needed me to work on Thanksgiving weekend. They simply needed me to be present for 8 hours in order to quickly fix any problems that happened during their busiest weekend, and no such problems ended up happening.

When they saw the mistake and paid me for it, the gross pay for that day was $420 (base of $35 x 8 hours x 1.5 for overtime).

The first thing I noticed was how that compared to what I got paid at my warehouse job before I became a programmer. When I started the job at the warehouse, I got paid $10 an hour. For a full time week, I got paid $400.

I got paid more for that one day of doing practically nothing as a programmer than I did busting my ass at the warehouse for a whole week.

So enough about this "I work harder than them so I deserve more pay" bullshit. You're all the working class. In our fucked up system, hard work does not equal more pay. If you want more pay, you need to fight back against the rich assholes who profit off your labor and pay you jack shit, not fight with other people who are underpaid about who deserves to be more underpaid.
