porn and smut will never be on the same level btw . porn includes real people being abused and exploited , whereas smut it literally just words on a screen/paper . yes smut can include problematic things (rape , pedophilia , etc) and i do think that can be harmful but it does not compare to the real rape in the porn industry. because at the end of the day no real person was harmed in the making of said story. and i find it even more harmful that people are using the term “fictional cp” when cp itself is an outdated term, now replaced with CSAM (child sexual abuse material) i do think the sexualization of kids is bad either way , but words and drawings will never amount to real children being raped .
