Oooh free food! I'll be there!

I’ll be putting on my own 1989 tribute concert in my room in about an hour or so, if anyone’s interested in attending. Doors open in 20 minutes, and Meet and Greet passes will be raffled to the audience during the opening act — which I have yet to figure out, actually. So, if anyone’s interested in performing at this once in a lifetime, sold out experience, be sure to let me know. I’ll pay you in Christmas cookies and affection.

"You're dumb." Kam mumbled and climbed into bed next to her sister. "You have no idea how worried I was and still am. "Does that mean I have to start buying you daily banquets? I don't think my bank account can take that many hits Kaya." she tried joking but ended up having her voice crack. Kam let her eyes roam over her sister, surveying her for any major damage. She looked fine, but the fact that she was still in a hospital wasn't doing much to help soothe Kamryn's nerves. Kam moved to push her sister off the pillow gently then used it to move bury her own face in it before speaking, her voice muffled by the fabric. "I'm glad you're okay, I don't know what I would have done if it was anything major." Kam admitted, starting to sniffle and cry into the the pillow. "Y-you fucking idiot. It would have sucked." her voice cracked again.

Just as Kaya drifted off into another sleep, she heard the sound of her sisters voice trailing into her room. She sighed, rolling onto her back and sitting up, being careful not to pull out her IV. With a quick rub to her eyes, she looked over at Kamryn and gave a light smile. “I’m fine Kam, I promise. Just a bit dehydrated is all.” She moved over a tiny bit, making room for her sister, and patted the spot next to her. “Come sit with me.” Kaya knew her sister would continue to worry about her until she was out of the hospital so for now, she was just going to try her best to reassure Kam that she was in fact okay. “I just need to eat healthier and stuff. After all, I am eating for two now. I can’t do the same things I used to and expect everything to be good all the time.”

There were three things that Kamryn has ever experienced in her life that scared her half to death. One? Whenever she was with her ex, after he'd started getting more physical with her. Second? When she got lost downtown by herself when she was 10. It was a bit like how she was feeling now. Lost; misplaced; completely and utterly alone. The third was happening now. Kam had felt her heart almost stop altogether when she got the call about Kaya being in the hospital. The though of losing her sister, her annoying-yet-amazing princess of a sister scared her more than any ex or stranger could. She was completely irrational about the whole affair, sprinting out of the hotel to the hospital, not even stopping to wait for the cross walks to turn so she wouldn't get hurt. Kam burst through the front doors, screeching at the closest person to bring her to her sister. When she got to Kaya's room she felt incredibly relieved that she wasn't bleeding and chopped up into tiny pieces. "KAYA OH MY GOD YOU'RE STILL ALIVE. YOU WORRIED ME SO MUCH, I JUST RAN HERE FROM THE HOTEL. ARE YOU OKAY?" Kamryn asked in one breath, panting in exertion.
