That feeling when you decide to kick off your story with a nightmare sequence and you start storyboarding it, only to think of a dream sequence flashback thing that works better, introduces a new character who's going to be extremely relevant later, and sets up multiple important plot points without stating anything outright and realize you have to start everything over again.

What was N reaction see Tessa again after literally seeing her skin being worn by eldritch terror😗

whoof sorry it took a minute to answer stuff happened a lot. but here we go! allosn-y!

N's initial reaction is a mix of uncertainty, disbelief, and happiness - he wants to believe that Tessa's back, but after everything that's happened he's rightfully paranoid and is fully expecting the other shoe to drop - for it to be either a trick by the Absolute Solver or some other twist that's going to mean it's not really Tessa. There's a lot of pacing back and forth and peering suspiciously and scrutinizing everything Tessa does for inconsistencies, which Tessa simultaneously understands and is annoyed by.

But it becomes obvious pretty quickly that yes, that's the real Tessa, not another trick by the AS (she was preoccupied with not getting her ass kicked by Uzi and a few other people, and wouldn't have had the bandwidth to pull shenanigans like that), at which point N switches into "okay she's really truly alive and here and a drone... cyborg... thing? for some reason? whatever not important we can celebrate now" mode. Just completely overjoyed that his favorite human is back and also getting along really well with Uzi to a degree that's potentially dangerous to the public.
