The thing about Lyria is that she's ambitious and ruthless and playing a very dangerous game

and the thing about Finnelyn is that he's desperately trying to stay out of politics and doesn't understand that, as the heir to one of the most powerful noble Houses in the Empire, he's involved whether he likes it or not. And that not making a choice is still a choice

and also Lyria knows she'll be a better Emperor than her brother and if Finnelyn is too chicken to back her then she'll find someone who will! Simple as that :)

Omg it didn't even occur to me to clarify that I was asking for Tolkien elves bc I didn't realize that people followed me for anything else but Essek's one of my favorite cr2 npcs and I don't think I've ever actually drawn him so yes! Thanks for giving me the excuse to draw him!

just finished dming a session that i was expecting to be like 20% wrapping up the ties of the last arc, 40% time skip downtime shenanigans, 20% stuff setting up the next arc, and 20% frantically improv-ing the next arc bc i hadn't prepped enough

instead we did 90% wizard emotional drama and 10% time skip downtime shenanigans

hello. approaching to apologize n advance for the length of my answer to ur ask HAHA. also if u have oc lore to share id love to hear it!!

omg no don't apologize! i love hearing other people's oc lore and yours is so much fun. i have,,, so much oc lore slkdfjhdg i wouldn't even know where to start. i guess finnelyn is my main guy! i drew an intro for him here. he's the heir to his noble house and he's the most spoiled little princess who simultaneously has a huge ego and cripplingly low self-worth. he complains about his aunt scolding him and then he turns around and does the same thing to his little sister. he can't take anything seriously and willfully ignores all his problems. he's so paranoid about his problems that he's 3 seconds away from a nervous breakdown at any given point.

and the roses are bc he's of House Roselorre! officially the Empire's House of Arcana, the House of the Rose, the House of Crimson Flame. they're the House that specializes in magic. they're like the kardashians also
