How the swap happened.

Explanation and link to previous below:

Okay, so basically everything in Canon happened, but as the henchmaniacs got pulled back into the rift Pyronica got her hands on a time tape. Knowing the TPAES would still be in shambles she used the tape and a glamour to steal baby Ford and Dipper and switch them. This way, the change would still be subtle enough that no one should notice before the butterfly effect has had time to make changes.

Ultimately, she hopes that switching up the twins will have a big enough ripple to allow Bill to win this time.

The second comic is her checking in to make sure no one caught the switch.

Okay to make myself less sad about my Gravity Falls Hunger Games AU, I latched onto one of my personal favorite hunger game scenes, and that is

The opening ceremony's chariot scene. Why? Because the costumes are so over the top and ridiculous, and I love them so much

But that just got me thinking about what STAN'S chariot outfit would look like and yall, I have a vision

So Stan's District four, which is the fishing district. Going by the games official non official rules, the tributes dress on theme with whatever their districts are, which means Stan would most likely be shucked into an ocean/beach themed outfit

And then. Well I saw this image

And now Im imagining Stan in a classic tan suit with this long, flowy cape that is colored and decorated to look like the tide as it streams out behind him.

Ok, hear me out. We've seen Relatively Falls where everyone is switched around, but what if it's just Dipper and Ford?

Anyway, I made a rough comic to explore part of the idea. There's more to it, but I'm trying to contain myself.

Okay Since the releasing Backle into the world has given me a little bit confidence (hopefully this doesn’t backfire hah…)

I want to introduce an au, that I have been working on for awhile with @localcanadiancreature62 , @aria-greenhoodie and @angst-estefany

The ✨Doomed Sisters✨

This au sparked when me, Charlie and Aria were talking on discord awhile back, and I was talking about this fic called “Faded Reflection” by Azarath_Cat ( @azarath-cat )

And they heavily inspired how I see Priscilla Northwest’s character and gave me an idea.

Also what also helped inspired this au, was @zhraekk ‘s reverse falls au which helped me connect to ideas together of Priscilla and Mrs. Gleeful being siblings.

SO! With the inspirations being said, if you like this au, I also recommend giving them a look too.

Another thing to get out of the way. Mrs. Gleeful in this au shall be dubbed Erin, @localcanadiancreature62’s idea!! As a way to give a nice nod to their voice actor.

Alright, what is Doomed Sisters?

Well the basic premise is that Erin and Priscilla are too completely different women from two different worlds. One woman was brought up in wealth, is ambitious, confident, and has looks most women dream of keeping up with. After weridmagedeon, and the ruin her husband has brought them into, she has to seize control, or become what she fears, apart of the peasants.

The other woman, grew up with a single mother and distant dreams of becoming a star, a woman who is scared of her shadow and despite being young, has endless gray hairs. After weridmagedeon, even after the society of blind eye disbanded, she should feel safe, but she still remains out of control of her life, not able to become the woman she wants to be.

Two women from two separate worlds, collide with one event. A funeral of all things.

It’s after Weridmagedeon, Peyton Trofwench, Priscilla’s late father has passed away. Wanting to seize the opportunity to potentially bring back wealth, Priscilla goes.

Meanwhile, Erin, receives a letter, a summons calling her to the funeral for her to receive a message from the dead rich man.

That’s when the barrier between the Priscilla and Erin’s breaks. Because it turns out, in a sense of fate, the two are half-sisters.

Priscilla’s father had an affair with Erin’s mother.

They are called Doomed Sisters because they are two lonely women, with this new connection, learn to change and grow, because of eachother. But, neither of the two women know exactly how to seek the relationship, that they both want. Not sure if it’s too late to connect.

Because in reality, the two women are more similar than they initially thought.

Erin, feels lonely, in a life that she doesn’t have complete control.

And Priscilla feels lonely, in the life she projects to the world.

That’s the basic premise of it at least?

I keep getting ads for these cat plushies that look like anime characters, so I thought it would be fun to design Gravity Falls versions. And it was!
