Low Calorie Banana Bread
108cal per serve | Makes 6 Slices
• 2 Bananas
• 1tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
• 1tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 Egg
• 1tsp Salt
• 1/2 cup Splenda / 0cal Sweetener
• 3/4 cup flour
• 3tbsp Light Milk
• 1tbsp Baking Powder
▪ Combine all dry ingredients
▪ Mash banana with fork until a paste, combine with wet ingredients
▪ Make a well in the dry ingredients & combine the wet mix, being careful the flour does not clump. Stir well
▪ Pour into a lined tin or muffin pan, bale at 170° C for 25-35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
▪ Cool on rack for 15min before serving , amazing alongside low cal ice cream.
