PSA metabolism days
I would just like to remind everyone that metabolism days actually help you lose weight
I had a family lunch this weekend and i had quite a lot of food. It was healthy food but still a lot. And this morning i weighed myself and i had lost 1.2kg because i finally managed to poop yesterday after not being able to for almost 2 weeks
So remember to have a metabolism day at least once every two weeks where you eat a high volume of food rather than a high amount of calories
