Yes, I KNOW I'm a lot bigger than most people dealing with @na/Mia. But that isn't the point... I never actually SAW any other progress besides the number on the scale, until my snapchat memories gave a 2023 recap...
I do have disordered eating habits. I'm on an OMAD meal plan, under 600 cal. If I'm over by more than 100 cal, it goes in the toilet. I have to burn at least 400cal for me to consider the day a success.

this week i ate 500 calories less than last week.
and also I found out that alcohol is fucking high in calories!
i like white wine, it always seemed to me that it did not have enough calories to taste meh
i know you know what i mean. some fall into such a nut trap
next week promises to be better.
and i'm going to buy a scale. or maybe it's better not to? ahah
