In yoga, a coiled-up 𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗲 🐍 symbolizes kundalini. But the reason for this symbolic status is because when celestial beings – those who are in consciousness and capability superior to human nature – entered this dimension of existence, they always took the form of a snake. This finds mention in every mythology on the planet.

𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗲, a reptile would usually be crawling on the ground, but 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝘃𝗮 has it over his head to indicate that, “In some ways, he is even better than me.” Every culture has recognized this in one way or the other.

After 𝗯𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗵 🪥 became a habit, the average life of human being improved 10 years.

After doing yoga 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️ became a habit, there have been phenomenal improvements in physical & mental well-being of an individual.

#𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 is not related to any religion. The source of Yoga is Hindustan (land between Himalayas & Hindu Sagara ie. Indian Ocean)

Just as 𝗯𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗵 became regular for humans worldwide, yoga should become a regular thing for humans.

My wish is that #InternationalDayofYoga2023 should make the humam beings across the world imbibe the technology of Yoga in a huge way.
