lay was all teary, it was so different from last year, last year he fired back at the naysayers after OT12 dropped to OT10 with that speech. He spent this whole year working his butt off for exo in China, flying thousands of miles, powering through his waist injury and various illnesses, being lonely without his members by his side, dealing with antis, he’s been through hell this year

but he stayed committed to exo, begging directors to let him attend events and concerts, learning dances in three days for comebacks, visiting with his members for thirty minutes after an eight hour plane ride, never failing to mention exo, and ensuring we knew that he never forgot he was an exo member

I don’t care if this is corny, it’s the truth. Take care of Lay, because he puts himself dead last every time, he sacrifices his own opportunities and his health nearly every day, but he always delivers.
