Alright - I fully know I pick up and drop this blog like an easily distracted infant. I want the keenly attentive audience of backtoitiguess to know that action is happening behind the scenes! I may not be yapping about it, but I am yoyoing with some pretty decent restriction tactics. I'm below 140lbs for what seems like the longest time (hardcore members may use me for fatspo here - I know some of you guys gasped / were disapointed that I'm not inching into a size 00 or fighting to get to 99lbs). But, ye old yonder, I shall get there. Maybe. I'm not sure if absolute and total twig is my goal, but by a standard 110lbs I shall atleast feel like I am reeping the sow.

I have eaten so so so much this Easter, but I’m determined to do better and be better. I’m sick of hating my size and feeling sorry for myself.
My glow up potential is INSANE. If I just drink lots of water, get on my vitamin grind, and stick with the skincare, hair care, and healthy diet, I’ll be golden. Here’s to a glowing summer !

Okay so Ik no one asked and wtv but here are some of the wl tips that got me from 200 to 154.
1- set a certain time window where you can eat and also set a time where you have to stop eating. like for example I can have my first meal of the day at 3:00 SHARP and last meal of the day at 10:00. I find that setting time windows makes it easier to restrict.
2- I don’t eat meals because I feel if I do I’ll binge. So instead I eat food. let me explain. so like instead of eating a whole bunch of low calorie things at once and calling it a meal, I’d eat an apple at 4:00, 10 grapes at 6:00, and so on. That makes it so much more easier to not binge because I feel like having a plate full of food in front of me is just going to make me hungrier no matter how much I eat.
3- eat to stay alive don’t eat to satisfy your hunger. I mean like eat so you have enough energy to stand up and take a shower. Not because you’re “hungry”. Remember, hunger=weight loss!
4- I’ve seen people say that “you can eat whatever you want but just in small portions”. No. Don’t listen to them. If you eat 5 chips and put the rest of the bag away you’ll just end up binging the rest of the chips later. That saying is so fucking stupid. They’re just setting you up for a binge. Instead, avoid all junk food altogether. Like none.
5- related to number 5 (and is a sorta obvious one) AVOID JUNK FOODS AT ALL COSTS. That includes, sodas (not the 0 cal ones), chips, fries, burgers, candy, EVERYTHING. anything that labeled “unhealthy” drop it. I also don’t eat meat because I’ve found that it causes you to gain weight. And all in all it’s disgusting. But STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOODS. THEY’RE CALLED JUNK FOODS FOR A REASON. it doesn’t matter If you only have a bag of chips today and nothing else. You could’ve had 5 apples with the calories you just wasted on that junk.

🎀 Sometimes, I don't think I can keep this up. Then I chug water and I feel like nothing can stop me from continuing.
I've lost 5 pounds in 5 days, no workout is this good.
I feel so good when I am empty.
Food doesn't interest me at all.
