I've seen nothing on the internet about this so... here's how I made my worm on a string earrings!

Materials list:

Worm on a string (brand of your choice, must have the string!)

Old, flat earrings (mine are flat stars with the normal pin back to them)

Super glue

Tape

A toothpick

Scissors

Steps:

Make sure you're okay with messing up your earrings, you're about to glue your two children to them and that's not only making them better, but you're doing an action that could be permanent.

Find an old pokemon code card, or something along those lines

Things are about to get complicated. Take one piece of tape and tape down part of your string from your worms. The string should be a few centimeters away from the nose of the worm, around 3 cm at most.

Lay down your earring, front side down so the back is up, and put the string across the earring back, making sure it's to the left or right of the pin back, so your earrings are the right way up when you wear them

Do the same to your other earring, then let dry for two hours (some say less time but I dont want folks super gluing worms to their ears.)

Tighten your string so it's not loose on the earring, and use a piece of tape to reinforce the other end of string on your card.

Be careful with taking the tape off, cut off extra string, and try them on!

ENJOY YOUR FUNKY EARRINGS

Open your super glue and use your tooth pick to add a few dots of super glue onto the string and earring. If you add too much, you can use scissors after it's dry to cut off excess glue. Please note : you want these babies to stay on your earring even if you tug them lightly, so add a tiny bit more super glue!

Update on that whole crush thing:

I realized it wasn't worth the effort with liking a guy who doesn't even know I exist. I then realized my wingman has been trying so hard to make me happy, and he would always beam whenever I got flustered about my old crush. He really cares about my happiness and how I'm doing. He recently got dumped and has been stressed and bummed about it, but still cares about everyone around him. learned to treat my old crush like a buddy and now I make him laugh more than ever, and I'm more comfortable around him too. My now crush, ex-wingman, has been throwing signs at me (pulling me down to lay on top of him, holding my face in his hands, getting flustered whenever I make bad sex jokes, getting close to my face, etc.) So I'm looking up the weather for this weekend. I think we're due for a dinner date.
