Landlord bad gets flustered when he realizes skeppy is actually seriously propositioning himself and says to just not worry about rent this month and seriously questions his pricing if a young attractive guy would rather get with him than pay rent

fuckkkk and skeppy is disappointed, but then he actually pays rent because he does have the money and he feels bad because his landlord was actually really nice about it. and then bad is confused because why did he proposition him if he actually had the money? there's no other reason he would do that....
