So, despite Nintendo of America being a big ol shit lipped bitch

We have confirmed release and language support for Fashion Dreamer!

November Second my fashion people!!

One thing I want to say though is this is Syn Sophia’s breaking free game, so its still a dip in the water on what they want to do fashion game wise!

Please use constructive criticism so we can get more fashion games from them! They’re gonna help us bring back the genre if we help them do it right!!

I feel really bad for those who are expecting Fashion Dreamer to be like Style Savvy, mainly because it may not work like that at all despite hopes to.

Nintendo most likely owns the IP for Style Savvy and thus it’s been left up to Syn Sophia to move to Marvelous and XSeed for a new series.

I’m not expecting this to be an immediate 100% success since this game is going into a new direction with style and influence, but if this game does fairly well then maybe we’ll get a dedicated series.

Maybe we’ll get a newer adaption of boutique running on switch as well!

If anything, this game is Syn Sophia sipping their toes into adapting to a new console and seeing how it works out.

100% perfect or not, this can still possibly do wonders for the Fashion Gamer Genre.

Fashion Dreamer is not Style Savvy. BUT. It’s created by Syn Sophia, just like Style Savvy was. So, if you’re still holding out for a title that’s specifically called Style Savvy it’s time to give up, because it’s very safe to assume that Fashion Dreamer is meant to be Style Savvy’s spiritual successor. This may be due to influencers and other internet personalities being way more popular than wanting to run a store among children these days.

We need more Magician’s Quest content cause that game is literally all I need in my life.

We should petition to get it back for switch or something cause look at it.

It has the qualities of animal crossing, let’s you romance the characters, has magic lessons—

This could fill the void some of us were left with after being given ACNH and then dropped for another game.

Seriously, they need to make a new Magician’s Quest for the Switch. These character designs are so cute and full of personality!

He’s just a goofy, scrunkly scrimblo of a warrior.

A simple srunkle, if you will.

Something very very funny to me about the little cutscene that plays when you dye your clothes in BOTW. Link's silly "Uh oh." realisation that he's about to fall into the water below (and one of the only times this dude visibly shows fear might I add) would have been a cute one off cutscene. But it's the fact that every single time you dye a piece of clothing the same cutscene replays that kills me. The implication that even though you've dyed like 15 armour sets, each time Link forgets what's going to happen and each time is SHOCKED when he remembers again, piecing it together at the last second.

It's also worth noting that when you want to remove dye from your clothes, Link does not do the shocked gasp, but instead does a little determined nod, as if to say "Let's do this!". Therefore showing he is also fully aware of what will happen in THAT scenario??

Did Nintendo want me to dwell on these details? No absolutely not. Am I adding it to my evidence of Link being an absolute emotional enigma? Yes.

MR PRESIDENT, THE GIRLS ARE FIGHTING BEHIND THE DOGHOUSE!!!

Talking about Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons with people who have never played it is fun because they assume it’s a cute, innocent farming game, and for the most part it is, but also in HMDS

-you can let your dog attack the mayor at the beginning of the game and presumably kill him (the credits roll immediately afterwards and the screen fades to red in the European version)

-you can poison the entire town at the Harvest Festival (again with the potential for an immediate game over if you submit a level 100 poison mushroom)

-you can fight the girls behind your dog house at 4:44 AM

-one of the bachelorettes requires you to kill 50 animals to marry her

-depending on where you pass out, the villagers can steal up to half of your money

-the mines are filled with dark creatures you have to fight, including a dark version of yourself

-this one's FoMT and not DS, but if you pass out while the hospital bed is being used by another character, you get a cutscene of the doctor shoving him and then the nurse dragging him away so you can use the bed

And half of that sounds like rumors you’d read on game forums, but nope, that’s just Harvest Moon baby!
