I know some people have trouble pronouncing certain words because they’ve only ever read them but lately I’ve realized there are some names I’m not sure how to pronounce because I’ve only heard British people say them.

okay I need to describe a slay the princess thing because I don’t know if I made it up and it might have been a fever dream?? Sometime around when I was looking into the game I remember having this impression of the nightmare route and there were a lot of random visuals but what I remember most is that there was a moat of black water and floating in the water were the nightmare’s masks, but huge — you had to walk on them to get across. There was a bit where the player touched one of the masks and it might have sunk but I don’t remember that bit very well and I think the cabin itself was some sort of castle. so going in I was excited and apprehensive about what those scenes meant, and went looking for the nightmare in the game... and, well, obviously nightmare is great but it is definitely not what I thought it was. so does anyone know where the fuck I got that impression?? Or did I manage to have a creepy dream about the *nightmare* before having even played the game 😭😭
