Something a little different because I’ve mocked up the design for my Visual Kei version of Heartsteel Kayn cosplay and I NEEDED to draw some fan art with it. I might do a Visual Kei Ez design to go with it but we will see.

“Catch” and “Release” 2025

She was never the same after that sailor dragged her ashore, tempted her with promises of love and loyalty, escape from the cold abyss. The metal logged, haunting reminders of her imprisonment, but why would she want to leave?

The sailor loved her surely, why else would she be bragged about? Kissed so tenderly when she yearned for the sea again, leaving her waiting for their attention, craving it like she once craved the ocean bed. But of course that wouldn't be the case, sailors are never satisfied.

Tearing the hook from supple flesh to be used on the newest conquest. She was thrown back to sea to survive on her own, to revisit that dark void.

Hopefully this time the surface won’t be an illusion, but salvation.

Something different since unfortunately Arcane’s LOL propaganda worked on me and Gwen is my main. Love her to death, and I’ve recently rewatched my favourite childhood film the last unicorn and was totally obsessed with the colour palette.
