Ahhhhh I'll be doodlin more of him with em like the others have been so ye, since Minthara and Halsin didn't get their turn yet. Also thinkin of a mini comic side story with the kiddos to maybe test out physical booklets in tha future and still deciding if Mark should be a kid with em or an adult but all a that will come later when I can mentally handle that and have time to think it through to actually do it XD I still got half a dozen things I'm ether too busy or nervous to try or touch

Is there a chance in Marks bg3 playthrough that Mini thara (the young minthara you have drawn) might appear, I think its a lot easier to sympathise with her when you realise shes been taught this since a child and shes 2 centuries in plus it gives an opportunity to help her without those 2 centuries of lolthsworn bullshit on top.

She shall definitely return along with all the kiddos in act 3 cause I was practicin how I wanted them to look for said moment. It may be ages till then but it’ll come eventually XD bein it’s taken me this long and i aint even outta act 1-1, I’ll just doodle em here and there cause I’ll wanna

Though I doubt she’d be any better at listenin, Mark was terrible when he was a kid about taking charge which was learned as a captain growin up. I do know much of Drow lore especially with Lolth and even as a child Minthara’d already on that path, just as she says about her own mother, it’d be somethin she’d have a better chance growing through changed then tryin to get her at an age before it started. Cause it started at the very beginnin and at the point of bg3 she’s rough for sure, but already on a path of being done with someone else controllin how she does things. She may have a more evil twist to her logic like Astarion, but the joys of comic-ness is I can change that with yal’s choices ya do through the story when yal vote. Ya can vote how she goes just like the others, even though they pain in da ass’s to me…huff

Had to look up two of those songs real quick but ye XD solid playlist for em, the first one he may know isn’t possible anymore and he’s given up on that. I have so many songs myself I’ll hopefully do speed paints or animations to cause there’s soooo many songs I run into that’d fit him XD Im happy I aint the only one who does this haha

My latest Artfight attack against @bareee Mark was a fun character to do since I'm a big fan of the comic and I think Mark is fascinating. (Also I'm a sucker for characters who look like they've been through the ringer a few times lol) I had a couple different ideas on what to do but in the end it boiled down to my wanting to do dramatic lighting (I didn't push it as hard as I wanted) and  that I wanted something that displayed his background as a fighter. I know I 'could' have just made his eyes blue but that felt lazy so I tried to incorporate the eye color mechanic for a nice complex mix of perhaps afterbattle emotions or something Used a more rough pen for this to give the linework a more gritty feel. :D I think it turned out fairly alright.

lol Mark ended up darn near getting his own little mini playlist by the time I finished since I had a handful of songs that I ended up just looping. So other things may be slowed down for the next month cause Im determined. ( And I may be obsessed with game Peak and have been workin on somethin for that too recently which yal will probably see eventually even though its outta left field XD)

I couldn’t tell ya how many parts this is gonna have… it’s a lot. But i wanna get back into continuing the main comics cause I’m waitin for this one to finally continue in DAV’s ones too XD

Ive just been overwhelmed by the fact Ive sketched these pages out and hit this bein over 20 pgs long so far and it aint even close to being done with this one. Imma just take it as many pages as I can so some posts might be 3pgs and others i may get to more, imma just not stress myself out on it. Hope yal dont mind. Consider this to be the first “Mark’s cutscene.” You’d run into if he was a companion so it’s girthy, get ready to get yer sylvan translator out for this one soon XD

The very late Mothers day gift

The framin is FINALLY done XD

My Ma loves Coraline and she got me a watercolor set with these long watercolor paper, so I wanted to take that gift and make hers outta it. This is late as hell but I forgot to take a picture of it before giving it over to be framed, framing came out pretty awesome actually, quite happy with that. It’s simple and sweet bein I aint touched watercolor in a long while, but happy i could still do it and felt good getting back into somethin physical again.

Ignore my wonderful brown paper background choice XD I rushed to get the picture before wrappin it back up an goin to work so i worked with what I got.

Update on da Dhampir boy

Playin the Curse of Strahd has been funny with em XD and its surprisin how annoyin it is to find Strahd when ya dont want others to know yer lookin for em.

And no they dont know he is yet, It’s very nice I chose a Warlock cause I have an excuse to why he can use his spider climb and vampiric bite spell to cover his true biting whenever he does do it.

though one is very suspicious for no reason cause they’re just suspicious on everyone. But Dervim mostly, wonder whyyyy. Devrims got a good deception for a reason… this is why I like keepin these kinds of secrets secret even out of game, but that would be a nightmare so oh wellllll.
