Do you like the inherent loneliness of ignoring your authentic self because of fear? Do you like breaking cycles of abuse? Do you like learning to be a better person while handling who you used to be? Do you like generational trauma and generational healing? Do you like walruses?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, then you will enjoy this show. It’s got content that’s normally a hard pass for me (namely the endangerment of children and child/doll-themed horror), BUT Neil Gaiman’s shows always get a pass, because of the sheer humanity with which he depicts humanity. Things that would leave me anxious and rattled in anyone else hands, leave me instead feeling seen, connected, and a tiny bit healed when Neil writes them.

Anyway watch Dead Boy Detectives.

Hi, Neil! I don't have a question. I just wanted to say that i just finished watching Dead Boys Detectives and I love it every second of it. I really hope it gets renewed otherwise I don't know how I'll keep living 😨
