The trouble is, they were be cool as a cucumber and it looks like they understood the post just fine. Had it not been mentioned and the tone police accusation not happened, your position may have been given more consideration (I don't agree with its unnecessary vitriol or slagging off of the aforementioned physical faults in the initial post at all).
