How are Water Bottles Made: An Informative Guide

Step 1: All raw materials such as stainless steel, foam, etc, reach the factory outlet.

Step 3: The molded bottles are then run through a factory unit that cuts the opening to form the neck of the bottle.
Step 4: Post this, both the bottles are wielded to get it ready for the next step, which is vacuum insulation.
Step 5: Before the vacuum packaging step, the bottles are inspected for any flaws.
Step 6: A layer of vacuum is created with foam, after which another round of testing takes place. This is known as the temperature test. This is done to test the efficiency of the vacuum insulation.
Step 7: The water bottles are then washed, polished, and go through a second temperature test and after this, they are given a good exterior coating.
Step 8: The bottles are then dried, after which logos are printed. The third temperature test is conducted and the bottles are then inspected for the last time before assembly.
Step 9: During the assembly process, the top of the water bottle is fitted with a cap. There are different types of bottle tops, most of which are made from plastic or silicone coverings.
How are plastic water bottles made
