Hello! It's okay, I hope your enjoying Minecraft so far ( ´ ω ` )

Those lights are End rods! In survival you can find them in the end or craft them by using 1 blaze rod and 1 chorus fruit. The Minecraft wiki has more info here: https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/End_Rod

For shaders there are so many to choose from ;u; and lots of different ones for top gaming pc's and lower performing ones!

My absolute fav is Sildur's Vibrant shaders, I like my worlds to look sunny and vibrant so this one is my go to!

I'll list some of the two others I've used in the past for you to check out.

These are quite popular among the minecraft community that I've seen, but I have used them before with no worries! I hope this helped you out! I look forward to seeing your builds
