Jotaro is... he’s changed a lot, since he was a kid. 

Sometimes I think he needs a kick in the ass. Sometimes I think he needs a hug. Usually it’s both.

Bit hard to do both at the same time. 

Holly’s a gem, though. Couldn’t have asked for a better grandchild.

Holly has always had plenty of potential, but none of the fighting spirit. I’ve never pushed it with her–she was happy to learn enough control to allow her to heal, but never any more.

Jolyne… one might say she has too much potential.

I’ve always enjoyed just watching the sunsets from the island, but recently I’ve taken to hosting family get-togethers. Being the eldest in the family has it’s benefits--I don’t have to worry about flights to Japan or America. That’s for the young ones to figure out. 

The sunsets have gotten a lot less lonely with family around, too.

You flatter me, but I know I’ve grown older. Hamon has kept me strong but even I still feel the aches of age. 

I’m still in better condition than Joseph, at least. That’s what he gets for not keeping up his training.
