Chasing Ivy by @authorsjsylvis 5 Star Review I am gonna say I adore this cover! It fits these characters so perfect. This is the first book from SJ Sylvis I have read. Thank you for giving me the opportunity and kindly giving me an arc to read. What happens to high school sweethearts when they are ripped apart... Chasing Ivy is a small town, second chance romance. I absolutely love these two characters. Their story is sweet and a bit steamy. Starting this book you get their past. I really enjoyed having that at the start of the book and get the whole story on their journey through this book. You see these characters grow and what builds between them. I picked this book up as a freebie. I totally plan to read the rest of this series. The book starts off.. GAH!.. and I just wasn't sure how to feel about all that! I fell in love with Evan from the start. Hes a sweet man for sure. McKinley comes into the picture and these 2 are so damn perfect together! I enjoyed myself reading their story. I had a few times the waterworks showed up. There isn't anything I don't like about this book. Quite an enjoyable, and sweet book. I am excited to see whats in store in the other books in this series. It is raining so that means my internet is coming and going again... one oft these days we are gonna get that fixed but until then Ill find something to do in the meantime.
