as aries stuffed his face with his third corn dog of the night he saw skylar in the distance. always the heathen, and one to bother people didn’t particularly like him, aries started to make his way to the girl. it was perfect. her back was turned to him and he knew he would probably scare her and make her scream. perfect. he ran up behind her and yelled “BOO!” as loud as he could.

aries wasn’t really one to go to fairs to have fun. they were overcrowded and a little annoying, but they were great for business. all he had to do was stand around and let people come up to him and it all looked natural since the town was so small, everyone knew each other. while he was standing by a food trailer aries spotted teddy and he couldnt help the grin that took over his lips. without even realizing it his feet were taking him to see the other boy. “teddy!” he called out, waving so the other man could see him. how lame, he thought. “hey!”

juno was having … A DAY. some days were harder than others , and the drummer wasn’t always eager to share her guilt + personal problems with the world. she was , however , comfortable enough with toni to at least express that she was feeling off in the form of sliding into her roommate bed with her , cuddling into her side as they put on a disney movie. “ can we get a pet ? ” she asks , perking her head up. “ like , a tarantula ? or a frog. i’m not picky. ” @bcnhur

toni didn’t like to pry, so when juno came in her room and laid in her bed all she asked was if she was okay. she got her answer very quickly though when the other girl cuddled into her and they were watching disney movies. toni was humming along to the music in moana and playing with juno’s hair. “both of those are.... scary and one of them is slimy. we can get a cat or dog though, babe.”

he shakes his head at her question, “of course not! besides who else would i go with. really?” he replies. oliver runs a hand through his dark hair, “there ya’ go. it’s sorted then, we’ll just go together. sorry, i just thought you might’ve wanted to go with your mom or something” he says. he wouldn’t of minded going on his own, but that might lead to more whispers from parents. “yeah. i know they all already talk about my parenting skills at the school gates” an awkward laugh leaves his lips “ya’ sure? to be honest i’d like to see that”

daph nods her head as oliver speaks. “it’s sorted.” not that she thought there had to be sorting. but, she figures that’s what coparenting is like now. daphne was started to realize that there was really no easy way to do this, to still see oliver and not be with him. years of being glued to his side and yet now they stood their awkwardly. she runs a hand through her hair, careful to get her new ring stuck in her locks. she rolls her eyes. “like i said, i will fight them,” she huffs. “i dont know why karen and susan care so much about our parenting skills. we’re doing a great job.”

the sound of sputtering car parts followed skylar as she drove down the road to her designated location. it was beginning to get more and more annoying – causing her to bang her hand down onto the steering wheel out of frustration just once – to be driving a car that was on the brink of a breakdown but what can you do when you can’t afford anything else? that’s right, you deal with what you’ve got. and buy a lot of duct tape. duct tape seemed to fix everything… well, most things. either way, it wasn’t like she could do anything about her problems right now. she was close to the address she needed to be at anyway, so, ultimately, it didn’t matter. skylar pulled up to the curb and stopped the vehicle. she took a brief moment to collect herself, sat still with her hands on the wheel, and then pulled out her cell phone. she texted aries number – with much regret as she even did so much as grab the phone – and then sat back in her seat. “I’m here” it read. Skylar sighed, then placed her hands over her face. Why was she even trying weed again? The first couple of times didn’t go well, but for whatever reason she was going back down this path again. Well, whatever. In her mind, it was too late to leave now anyway so she was forced to go into this situation, as conflicted as she was right now.

aries loved his job. sure, his job involved dealing drugs and it was risky. but on the other hand he didn’t really care. he knew his father would just get him out of whatever he got himself into and did he really care about if he disappointed his father? yes no. not only did he have his drug money but he also got a month allowance from his father. always willing to please. so his house was brand new and everything inside of it was too. he was waiting for skylar to text him that she was outside his house but in the mean time he was going to finish eating and giving pieces of chicken to his cat bagel. after a while he heard her car before she end got the text. “jesus, sky.” he mumbled to himself. aries patted the stop of bagels head and then he was out the door and going to see the girl. he sat in her passengers seat. “your car’s a piece of shit.” he stated. “drive around the block.”

“my all time favorite film is forrest gump, not for the special affects or anything but just because it was my grandfather’s favorite movie and it reminds me of him now. but, i also really love any disney film obviously.”

“when i went to that prissy little private school the guys there would snort advil if it gave them a little bit of a high. i saw a demand for it, hooked up with some of the guys selling it and bam. i’m a business owner.”

he’s such an idiot, he can’t help when he’s around her — he goes shy. oliver gives her a smile, “good” he replies. “i dunno. i just thought ya’ might wanna go with someone else” he told the girl, they’d not been apart for long and he wasn’t ready for the whispers of the other parents. the male pulls a face, “i’m not makin’ it awkward. i just think some of the other parents might…” . 

“do... you want to go with someone else?” she asks, knitting her eyebrows together. “i dont have anyone else to go with and i wouldnt want to go with anyone else but you. considering, you know. you’re her dad?” her tone is joking but she is genuinely confused. “might? say something? and? it’s fine i’ll just fight all the moms after.” she jokes.

just   the   way   aries   was   LOOKING   at   him   caused   his   own   pants   to   tighten,   sinking   his   teeth   into   his   bottom   lip   as   he   didn’t   DARE   to   break   his   gaze   away   from   the   taller’s.   goosebumps   prickle   against   his   flesh   at   the   feeling   of   the   hot   breath   against   his   ear,   causing   teddy   to   shiver   and   curl   his   fingers   into   the   other’s   shoulders.   “but   then…your   attention   wouldn’t   be   on   me.   and   we   could   be   spending   our   time   doing   WAY   more   fun   things.”   his   mouth   didn’t   let   up   on   practically   marking   aries’   neck,   all   too   addicted   to   the   way   he   writhed   any   time   he   sucked   hard   enough   and   GOD,   they   definitely   needed   to   get   a   room   soon.   despite   how   it   may   look,   teddy   WAS   restraining   himself,   taking   all   of   his   willpower   to   not   jump   aries   right   here   and   then.   “there   is   but   we   can   deal   with   him   later…”   he   connected   his   lips   to   the   male’s   jawline   once   again,   working   his   way   up   until   his   mouth   was   inches   from   aries’,   “because   right   now…the   only   thing   i’m   concerned   about…is   getting   you   all   to   myself   so   i   can   hear   those   pretty   moans   of   yours.”   with   a   smirk,   he   lunged   forward   to   capture   the   taller’s   lips   within   his   own,   not   showing   any   restraint   as   he   tugged   the   male’s   bottom   lip   within   his   teeth.

the way that teddy looked... how he was looking at him made aries want to switch their positions so he was against the other males. but he knew he would get carried away and really... who did he need to put a show on for? he raised his hand and rested it against teddy’s cheek, his thumb caressing under his eye. “oh and what a shame that would be for you, huh? not having my attention.” he teased. “mm, we could be. but. do you really think this is the time or place to do fun things?” aries asked, dropping his hand. despite what he had just said, when teddy’s lips were on his neck and obviously making marks aries lost all train of thought. “fuck. you need to stop doing that, i’m trying to be fucking responsible,” he mumbled. aries always tried to make himself look like a hard ass who didnt need anyone, and he didn’t need teddy. he craved him. he craved the attention and the affection. “jesus. lets go to my place.” he mumbled between the kiss.
