Hello again dear Vane! 🥰

Hmmm. I think it's started with TWD. Comics, series and the game (my nickname comes from that). I love the concept of apocalypse and survival in any form or shape. So TLOU came out and I was like yaaay another game. But boy oh boy I was wrong because that wasn't just another game. I didn't own a ps3 back then so I watched let's plays but I was mesmerised and fell in love with it immediately. The soundtrack is still my comfort thingy 🌿

When it comes to Tess & Joel... that's still my favorite part of the game. When they're all together and they're these wise, strong and tough smugglers explaining the world to Ellie. The capitol always breaks my heart because I want Joel to stay and fight but I get it. I kinda shipped them cuz it's apparent they were "something" but I didn't know ao3 and "shippers" exist so I wasn't looking for more ya know 😄 then I bought my first ps4 and with every playthrough I was praying there was something more. Then I found out what ao3 is and was reading those 100 fics over and over again. And finally the show came out and a lot of people too. So I tried to be more active on tumblr and then I found you guys ❤

The answer is... it was an accident 😄

When I was a kid I really wanted to play the guitar. My dad does so naturally I wanted too. In my country you kinda have to get into "primary art school" for things like that (dunno how to explain it) and u gotta pass an exam to enroll (it's complicated). My mom took me there, everything went fine but at the same time there was an ongoing talent exam for their art programme (like right in the next room). So my mom was like "Why don't u try it, might be cool, you also like to draw..." so she pushed me in. I remember every detail like it was yesterday. The assignment was to draw a seven-headed dragon. It was a carnage 😄 pools of blood and dead knights everywhere (the teacher actually asked what does the red mean and my kid self was like 🤷‍♀️) but I did it and stick with it for another 8 years (thanks mom) but quit guitar after 3 (hated the music theory lessons) 😄 I've known since then what makes me happy and what I wanna do in my life. I was making up stories, characters and imaginary worlds all the time back then. My dad is a gamer. He got me into video games when I was like 6 and I loved watching him play so that contributed a bunch. Everything combined led me to study comics and illustration at the university. Hardest 6 years of my life but definitely worth it because after the first year I knew without a doubt I want to do this.

Funny how life works... it's just a pile of happy and unfortunate accidents and a dash of dumb luck.

I can't believe it's been a year. I miss you and I bet a lot of people do too. You gave this world your talent and kindness and it's just not fair you're gone. And you gave us Tess. You deserved to be loved for so much longer, to bring joy to other people's lives and to live this beautiful life. So I promise I'll do my best and I'll keep the fire you gave us by creating Tess burning. For as long as I could because you both deserve it. I miss you Annie and I miss your Tess.

🎮I love movie and video game music with all my heart (and music in general). My head hurts from noises a lot and sometimes it happens with songs too but I could listen to vg music all day long and it'd be fine. It's very soothing. (thank u mr Przybyłowicz, Djawadi and Santaolalla)

🔨I love creating things. My motto is why would u buy it if u could make it? It's stupid and sometimes I wanna punch myself when it doesn't turn out as I expected. But I still like doing it. Statues, figurines, custom t-shirts, sketch books, Kratos' leviathan axe... name a random object and I probably tried to make it🤦‍♀️

☀️I love summer. That fresh smell of the morning. When sun touches your skin and breeze plays with your hair. The colors of evening skies and warmth of the nights. Crickets. When it's hot outside but u didn't forget to fill those ice trays the night before. It's just the best.

🐝I love my grandma. It's silly but I genuinely love her. My very first memories are of her teaching me stuff about life. This one time when I was a tiny baby happily picking up some red clovers a bee stung me. She calmly explained to me what happened and that the bee didn't mean no harm it just got scared and defended itself, then she put my finger into some vinegar. Life is beautiful and ppl are a lot like bees but it's worth loving them.

🐊🦈And lastly I love very bad horror movies when animals attack humans. Anacondas, piranhas, bears but mainly, MAINLY sharks and crocodiles. The worst the better (honorable mentions: Rogue, Crawl, Lake Placid, Swamp Shark, Jaws, Shark night... jeez I could go on).
