i made an entire playlist of songs that give me Dustin Energy (or just songs i like that might just barely have Dustin Energy, i use it as my main playlist to listen to) and its over 5 hours long. its mostly musical songs because GUESS WHAT I MOSTLY LISTEN TO??? but theres also some ELO, sara bareilles, lily allen, etc on there.

development update:

the intro scenes and tutorials for be more dustin and be more nicole are both completed at this time!! currently in development are the rich and chloe routes. heres a visual representation of whats completed at this time!

theres clearly a lot of work that needs to be done, including assets such as sprites and backgrounds (the former im working on revamping). if youd like to join the team, or just get more updates on development for the games, join our discord!

can we hear more about nicole's compositions and music stuff?

Ok so, in the Be More Chill book, Michael knows Nicole from a music forum where she's called 'Snow_Bunny'. I forget if there's a specific type of music that's discussed on the forum but either way, music.

So staying true to that, Nicole plays a bunch of instruments (e.g. guitar, bass, basic piano, basic drums, ukuele) and she does a lot of idk what you call it but garage band type stuff on her computer in her free time, remixes and original works and such. She learnt a lot of those intruments from messing around in the music rooms after school with a ton of help from the internet and aquaintances and picked up the computer stuff during a very slow weekend.

She's been doing all of that for a pretty long time so she's become somewhat musically talented, or as talented as you can get without formal training. She's managed to learn how to read easier sheet music as well (and could probably figure out the more complicated stuff if you gave her coffee and somewhere to take notes).

Because of her technical knowledge and interest in music she volenteered to do lighting and sound for the drama department. She does this for school plays and in lessons. This gave her more time to mess around when she isn't needed and bonus, she gets to hang out with Christine more, theatre buds.

She wants to learn a more orchestral stringed intrument because you can do really cool things with orchestral stringed instruments but those would require actual lessons so she hasn't got round to it.

If she learnt the saxaphone she'd be too powerful for any of us.
