My Thoughts on the Kid Power Special

Spoilers Ahead

Ok so... when has everyone activating the CPS created this kind of problem, maybe I'm just nick picking too much but I thought it would be an individual suit issue.

Huh the actually got real singers as the backing voices, this is actually one of the better musical numbers done.

Oh dang the Eucalyptus forest that the Koala Balloon episode took place got burned down

Eucalyptus powers do be cursed though

Did the WK team forget that the FRICKING ROBO-ARM EXSIST!?!?

It's really weird but cool that more adults besides the WK team are present and with a speaking role no less.

I just thought this Grandpa design was cool

PAISLY PLANTER!? (This design is a huge upgrade from Blue and Green World i actually like it and I feel it suits her better)

Overall I give this special a 6.5/10 it's a great lesson to show that kids can play a part in helping animals. But this could have easily been a normal episode as it felt very dragged out at times.

If the special isn't a BACK IN CREATURE TIME SEQUEL, I will be mighty disappointed, It's been over 10 YEARS!!! And almost 10 years since the Christmas special when the Time trampoline coupon was made. Still excided though

Happy 14th Anniversary to Wild Kratts!

14 is such a special number to me so I’m so excited that Wild Kratts is celebrating it’s 14th year! The show continues to spread the love for creatures around the world even 7 seasons in! Many thanks to the Kratt Bros, the producers (Bros included), writers (Bros included), animators, voice actors, and everyone involved who have helped to bring this show to life and endure for so many years!

As shown in this Instagram post (or message, idk, I just saw it on Insta today 😂), the bros have many more exciting adventures in store for us creature fans this year: games, magazines, and new episodes! With a new special planned, and if the last special was any indication, I feel like it’s going to be an amazing one! Here’s to another exciting year on the creature trail, y’all!

Chimpanzee and Me Spoilers and Review

So I really liked this episode out of the 3 that were released, the animal facts were solid as usual and it was a good watch. It also checked off another thing that was on my "Things I wanted to see in Season 7 list from 2022.

But now for the actual spoilers...

Foreshadowing... (Chekhov's gun at its finest)

I honestly thought Chris falls here and that's how he twists his ankle.

But no... "Green Grape" got ablitorated by Green Grape

Honestly I watched this scene a few times and I have no clue how he twisted his ankle like that. But I mean I haven't twisted my ankle before so I could be missing something.

I'm so glad we got another episode where an injury plays a huge part in an episode, haven't see that since Season One's (Flight of the Draco).

On a side note I love that they are teaching sign language to show how we can communicate.

Overall this is a solid episode! 8/10

YO QUICK BLURB!!! SOME BE THE CREATURE SEASON 2 EPISODES ARE ON YOUTUBE (AND BY SOME I MEAN EPISODES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN POSTED BEFORE!!!)

I finally got to go to WILD KRATTS LIVE!!!!!!!

AND I GOT TO MEET THE KRATT BROTHERS!!! (Faces covered to remain anonymous)

Besides having a good (though short) conversation, I got to ask them "What their favorite show to work on was and they both mentioned Zaboomafoo with Martin saying because they got to know Jovian (the real life Zoboomafoo) and both enjoyed seeing how the animal guests would react with the puppet Zaboo. They also mentioned how they loved Be The Creature as they got to stay and learn about the specific animal for the episode. Also got to talk a bit of how their shows lead me into pursuing an animal related major which made them happy.

They also thought my "I survived the Wild Kratts Season 7 Hiatus" shirt was really funny.

Overall it was an amazing experience and I finally achieved one of my longest dreams!!!
