The emerging waste problem is the wrong damping waste on our roads in our communities that will cause flooding.This is a problem that has been around for a long time in sta mesa mabini batangas but will not be solved because of people wrong actions.

Throwing plastics on area that only people can pass through can cause flooding.Although plastic bags are convenient, they can also have a negative impact in our health.Everyone can help on making our barangay better by reusing,recycling,and reducing waste in areas here in sta mesa that are prone to flood.Also, if plastics are just thrown away anywhere,they can harm people and cause a community flooding.Which can lead to landslides due to rapidly moving floodwaters, which often undercut slopes or abutments

The reason for our illness is the garbage that was scattered everywhere that has contract diseases ,especially during floods when some people bath in the flood water which can adversely affect their health.The garbage that was carried by the floods into the ocean can also harm our marine resources,it can kill all the living fish and coral reefs that our government was protecting for years. Through our program,it can help our community further expand their knowledge of what they should do to protect our barangay. The plastic bottles on the road can be willingly picked up by the citizens and be recycled.This way,our barangay can be clean and be decorated too by the recycled plastic bottles.Also creating a compost pit where all of the citizen can place their biodegradable waste will be a great help,and can be used as a fertilizer.

In summary,It is important to keep our barangay clean in order to have a safe place to stay.Let's learn how to recycle waste and how to dispose of it properly.By doing this our barangay will be a great and a clean place again.
