This time is a test for all of us. A passing grade is growth. If we come out of this not having grown at all, then what hope can we have?

We have a chance during this time to collect our thoughts and emotions. No other influences are around. We can encounter what we believe and either make it stronger or what we believe has been weak from the start. Now's the time for growth. Self care is important, but what kind of self care are you giving yourself? The mind, heart, spirit and soul are very important for one to grow. Make sure you are taking care of them.
