for the past three days the downstairs neighbors have been going construction on the ceiling at EIGHT IN THE MORNING to the afternoon. and all the drilling and hammering and floor shaking is driving me insane. what shit do you have to do for three days that requires hours of drilling. why didn't they landlord warn anyone? im literally going to kill someone cause it's so insanely loud
