hey folks! i’m new to being an admin, so i’m really not quite sure how this promoting thing works, but what i do know is that i want this roleplay to reach its full potential, and for that to happen i’m going to need you guys ( friends & tag lurkers ) to join me! so since my brain’s basically dead from studying, i’m going to be promoting from the heart.

what is the b-side? it’s kind of a club, kind of an organization, kind of a family. it’s a space for artists. it’s place, but not really a place --- sure they’ve got a rented building where they all hang-out, sometimes to do live performances, sometimes to sell art, sometimes just to make art --- but in the end what makes the b-side is the people. young people from vastly different backgrounds all coming together thanks to one shared desire: bringing more art and beauty to the world.

ADMIN ANNOUNCEMENT: hello guys! what’s up? it’s now been a little over a week since we opened, and i’ll just take this time to say a few things! once you’ve read everything, please LIKE this post to let me know!

01. due to the number of people requesting hiatuses ( why y’all going abroad at the same time fskjh ), the event announcement will be postponed to NEXT WEEK, just so more people will be able to participate!

02. i absolutely love you guys. 

03. i am now looking for a COADMIN! this spot is open for members and mutuals of my main blog, @illumes. up until recently, i was perfectly fine with handling things solo, but at the moment, things are getting busier and busier on my end! to put things into perspective: i only have two weeks of class left, so my workload’s going to increase by a HECKTON. other than that, i’m a committee head for a three-day camp happening from the 20th to the 22nd, and as we draw closer to those dates, those things are going to take up huge chunks of my energy and time. lastly, my family and i are going to russia from july 21 to 31, which means i’ll be way too booked to handle anything on the main. so if you’re interested in helping me out, HERE is the coadmin form. under the cut you’ll find a list of admin privileges and duties!

admin obligations include:

having full knowledge and understanding of the b-side’s history and beathq’s plot and summary

handling acceptances and activity checks

creating bio posts and sending new members links to the ooc blog

updating pages on the main ( namely: new characters, new members, new band members, wanted connections, and hiatuses )

queueing posts on the promo blog and making promo posts on the main itself!

admin privileges include:

looser activity rules ( since handling the main blog AND your character blog/s takes some time management skills )

having your own lil’ mascot!

knowing the main’s super secret password

creative input for graphics and access to my psd files

coming up with ideas for events & tasks!

filling up ‘mw’ questions with the faceclaims you are thirstiest for, as i have done several times in the past

my love and friendship
