getting back on track
I feel like this blog is a constant reminder of my failures! Haha, I've started over so many times. But I suppose this will be reassuring when I finally start seeing results, knowing that though it's taking me ages, I'll get there. I've been going to the gym, and pushing myself hard, and making sure to eat 37 points for Weight Watchers every day.
Mondays and Thursdays my schedule's pretty tight, so those are my 'rest' days for working out (for now). So my meals today were:
MEALS
brunch - quaker oats oatmeal squares with 1% milk, black tea with half & half and 2 packets of truvia (17 points)
dinner - regular popcorn chicken with honey mustard and three cheese mac and cheese from Sheetz (10 points)
anytime - 2 bottles of water with crystal light, grande caramel brulee latte from starbucks, a diet coke (10 points)
So, I was EXACTLY on for points. Didn't eat any fruits or veggies today, which is horrible, but if I woke up in time to pack my dinner I would've had something healthier. And again the points surprised me, in the anytime points, the starbucks latte was 10, crystal light and diet coke are 0 points. So it's a good thing I don't get those every day.
Tomorrow I have to get up early so I'll be able to have 3 healthy meals, and I get to shred it at the gym tomorrow, so excited! Hope it's as empty as it was last night.

Not all carbs are created equal people! This is why I can’t stand it when people say fruit has a lot of carbs therefore it’s bad for you.
