I have a question do you ever have art burnout? Or just dislike the process of your drawing? If so, do you have any tips to overcome that?

I'm glad you love my art!! 😭 Sorry in advance if I wrote too much, I just like to yap a lot when I get the chance lol

Yes I do deal with that a lot in the past but weirdly enough I found out that my best way to get out of the burnout was not focusing on one style 🥹 I always got so frustrated by keeping myself in that cage of only using one art style that trying new art styles has been the best thing I've ever done for my art experience

Experimenting, drawing just to try new stuff out, trying to learn new ways to render, don't focus on achieving perfection on every piece you do!! Let it be messy, let yourself draw "ugly" stuff, draw silly stuff that makes you giggle, learn from the mistakes you make on a piece instead of looking at it as just another failure or waste of time. 🫵🏻🫵🏻

And whenever I'm disliking how a drawing is turning out I would take a step back from it for a while (it can be an hour or even days) and come back with a clearer mind, forcing yourself to finish it when you feel upset or annoyed can cause you a burnout or artblock. If you still don't like it then I would recommend you to look at it and find what you like and what you don't like from the drawing and start over again :3!! A lot of my favorite pieces come from that method of work, starting again is completely okay
