Heroin Epidemic in America

I remember when I first learned about heroin, It was somewhere around 7th or 8th grade in a health class. I'm sure I learned about it in the failed D.A.R.E. program but, I don't remember. Back when I first heard of the drug, I learned how evil and dangerous it was. For me back then I knew that shit wasn't for me, and on top of it, it seemed like this mythical evil monster. For me it just didn't exist, because I never heard of anyone that had ever used it. That was back in 2001/2002, please remember these years.

So let's shoot 6 years later because that was the first time I ever heard of someone that I knew that used the drug, but he fucking overdosed and died. From the details I received this was either his first or second time and he was a freshman in college. He was a smart kid, and now he is no longer with us. This was shocking and scary because now this mythical creature called Heroin, exists and it's very real.

Let's go even further to the present to 2018. In the past 12 years I have heard many stories of addiction, ruined lives, and many more overdoses and then upset, frustrated and families that feel helpless. It's all depressing and terrifying and we wonder who is out there to stop this and protect our people from this monster called Heroin. Who the fuck is our Harry Potter that's going to stop the evil Vulderheorin from killing our fucking people?

It's kills me inside when my best friend tells me a story of his brother In law, who unfortunately is under the control of this nasty monster. A brother In law who deep down inside is a good man fighting for his life and being his own Harry Potter in his own fight against his own dark lord. When I hear stories of his struggle, it kills me because along time ago I woke up to what's happening. Its incredibly unfair not only to the user, but to the users friends and family. I found out the people who are suppose to be protecting us, are not and allowing our people to die.

I told you to remember the years 2001/2002.

The above chart here, shows the production of opium/poppy in Afghanistan for the years 1994 to 2016. ( chart from https://www.globalresearch.ca/the-spoils-of-war-afghanistan-s-multibillion-dollar-heroin-trade/91) As you can see in the years prior to the US invasion of Afganistan, heroin production was under 100k hectares between 1994 and 2001. In 2001 we can clearly see a huge drop in hectares and that's because the US was invading Afghanistan at that point.

Ok so now let's jump to 2002 and now we can clearly see that Afganistans production of Poppy/opium jumped from 8k hectares to 74k hectares, which is a big fucking jump if you ask me. I don't need to say more about what happens next, because 2002 and onward started the fucking poppy boom in Afghanistan. Where was all of Afghanistan poppy/heroin going that kept causing them to produce more? Who is running this production? Why is this production allowed? Who is buying this? You guest it folks, the United States of America. We The People since 2002 have been good customers to the Afghan poppy market. Since 2002 overdoses related to heroin have skyrocketed, and many have died since.

So did we win the war? There was a day I thought we did win, and I thought we actually fucking helped people. We didn't, because the trade off of protecting America was to allow Americans to suffer. The trade off of protecting America was to get Americans hooked on heroin. There's a problem outside in America, and people are dying but then it's more than just people are dying. People are losing their families and friends and their loved ones and so forth. On top of this, someone is profiting on the expense of people's lives.

Think about what I am trying to say here, and if it's not clear I will say it. I believed Americans have been being murdered for greed and profit and it's origin is from post invasion of the Afghanistan war. I feel some greedy people or an organized crime network have taken advantage of the situation in Afganistan and have sold out their own country for riches and spoils of war lets says.

I was once talking with a close family friend, about this subject. He had a Navy buddy that served overseas post Afganistan war. When this Navy guy was about to retire, he had to be stationed seaside for the remainder of his service. Something like 3 months and he was going home. So the guys in Afganistan and he was told that he would see poppy fields, and not to worry about it. He asked why is this allowed, and the reason was to keep peace with the locals. If this is true, I never talked to the Navy guy but if this is true that means our Government or a group within is allowing this. To make peace, we are allowing Afganistan to be the top producer of poppy/opium plants. Ontop of it the shit has seeped into the US, and has plauged the people.

I write this blog to send a message to the American People, and that message is this. Wake up America, wake the fuck up and see what's happening to your country. It's up to you to stop letting the evil distract you, and to start asking questions. There are bad people out there who are allowing this crime to happen and are responsible for the murders of all the overdosed victims and they are responsible for the damage they have caused the survivors as well.

We don't have Harry Potter, or Captain America, or Superman to fight off these monsters. You know what we do have is, each other and the super powers we create when we work together, and support each other, and bring awareness. That's how we win!

Also fuck you Jeff Sessions, you think pots an issue? Read this blog and bring justice to all these heroin murders. Good people are dying, but maybe you ain't jumping on that because you wanna see people die. Maybe your in on the scam, I don't know. You also want to take away the medicine called marijuana that's helping people live better and pain free lives without being addicted to opioids. Ask for my support when you wanna stop heroin.
