The Lethe people are extraordinarily skilled in agriculture and pottery, enhanced by their location by the Lethe River.

They have the planet's largest population of arthropod megafauna, which have been domesticated and utilized for farm-work and transport.

Potters and sculptors that work with the rich clay of the Lethe river often have bright yellow-stained hands and feet, because of the high counts of magnesium (mineral found in yellow clay) in the clay.

These stains are considered a symbol of power, and gain the potters and sculptors a massive amount of respect for their delicate, painstaking work.

The Lethe people have relatively good relations with Central (the Capitol), Northern, and Western Gallifreyan settlements.

Eastern and Southern Gallifreyan settlements have often caused problems while trying to work out trades for produce.
