She/her 30ish main blog, my interests: drawings and fan arts, things I love: the lymond chronicles, diana wynne jones's books also included: some anime, Genshin impact, and other old YA . Very into danmei at the moment. also posted my arts at https://www.deviantart.com/bellaro
I'm loving the dry humor this novel has. Every shixiong and shidi and even the shizhun generation of Feng Huan sect is so unique. Plot-wise, I can't guess at all what's gonna happen next and each mystery is more interesting than the last. Also every time Fu Lan acts like an obedient little wife taking care of his husband-to-be Qi Yin (pretty sure Qi Yin is the wife here but I'm loving the role reversal lol), my heart is moved! They're so cute together.
Now I'm very curious about the sentinel verse. Not sure which one I should start reading as an introductory work. There are not a lot around here available to choose from. And the one I've been meaning to read still isn't fully translated yet.
I don't know what paddington is doing on that list, but it made me think of the time someone drew a picture of the queen with paddington after she died, and we had scores of people losing their minds at the idea that paddington bear wasn't the same kind of communist as them
Miss Piggy’s Treasury of Art Masterpieces from the Kermitage Collection is a picture book featuring sixteen (minus the “The Birth of Venus” parody) different muppet parodies of famous artwork, edited by Henry Beard and illustrated by John E. Barrett, and published by Holt, Rinehart and Winston in 1984.
A majority of the illustrations were originally from the Miss Piggy’s Art Masterpiece Calendar which were all reprinted with commentary from Miss Piggy herself and new additions that expanded on the “Kermitage Collection” from the calendar.
illustrations continued:
Henri Rousseau. The Sleepy Zootsy.
Rembrant van Rijn. Arisfroggle Contemplating the Bust of a Twerp.
Jan Vermeer. Young Lady Adorning Herself with Pearls (and Why Not?).
Poor guy just wanna get married to his lady crush and move out of his abusive aunt's household to start a family life of his own. Yeah and that's not gonna happen 😅 because I know that the blurb says otherwise.
Also I never thought I would appreciate weird unique horrifying creatures before but both of these books have them and they changed my mind!
Here's hoping this one is just as good as the latest one by Yang Su that I just read. Innovative and unpredictable plot! Nice character dynamic! Please!!

it's been kinda surreal seeing people and blogs that have been inactive for half a decade now come back to mourn ice ado with everyone else. this anime truly did touch so many people that even after 7+ years since the finale aired we are still coming together to remember how wonderful it is 💙💖
Currently reading The Disabled Tyrant's Pet Palm Fish. Gosh this is like sunshine after the rain that was my disappointment of Sui Yu Tou Zhu. Cute and funny everywhere. There are plots but who cares. Adorable and fluffy scenes is what I came for.
