Please Help me and my family to pay rent and buy food

I hate to this and I cant believe I have to resort to this and I am so sorry but I need your help. The covid crises has hit me and my family hard and I pray there will be an end in sight but until that happens any money no matter how small that you can donate to help us keep a roof over our heads and buy food to eat would really help us.

@scumerage i understand that this is not over yet; i made this just to celebrate this victory and step towards a potentially better future. however, i do know where you are coming from since the way i worded this post seems careless and dismissive. thank you for pointing this out to me.

to everyone else reading this: it’s okay to celebrate the victories we do get, but saying that everything is automatically okay again is false. this battle isn’t over by a long shot. America still has a lot to improve, and Trump is still in office until January. keep on fighting until we see the light.

this isn’t over, by any stretch of the imagination. but it’s a step forward. it’s a step forward for all of the women, the LGBTQ+, and the POC --- for all of the Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, and so many more. the fight isn’t over, but neither is our fighting.

On November 4th, 2020, the president of Honduras declared a state of emergency and established a code red alert for the entire country. The Honduran population has been greatly affected by the devastating effects of Hurricane Eta, and will continue to see its repercussions. Hurricane Eta is the second largest hurricane since Hurricane Mitch in 1998, which had vast effects in the country some of which the country still hasn’t been able to fully recover from.

We are all asking for your help to be able to provide essential supplies to those who have been greatly affected by the detrimental effects of Hurricane Eta. Funds will be solely dedicated towards providing the following supplies to those most in need: - Food / non-perishables - Bottled water - Clothing and blankets - Flashlights, lamps, etc. - Personal protective equipment (masks) - Personal hygiene products

With your donations, we will be buying the necessary supplies for people who have lost most or all of their belongings, as well as support centers that have been set up as shelters to those people.

My brother and family has been working with these organization during these recent days and asked me if I could help spread the world. The combination of Covid and Eta has been destructive for numerous communities across Honduras. Even if you are unable to donate, I would really appreciate if you reblogged this!
