i really need to remember that sometimes studying isn't always possible. we've all gone through a lot the past few years, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with having a drop in productivity.

Chinese lesson 1(check post from before)
Read my post for better understanding : https://besmartstudysmart.tumblr.com/post/653795143639613440/how-to-learn-a-new-language-3
Basically this is context method.
First step: learning tones: https://yoyochinese.com/lesson/beginner-conversational-unit-1-lesson-3-An-Introduction-to-the-Tones or https://chinesepod.com/tools/pronunciation/section/17
Second step: decide whether you want to start learning characters right away or you want to learn only pinyin(pronunciation). If you want to learn character decide whether you want to learn traditional or simplified.
Third step: practice!!!
For those who doesn't know this blog is basically study with me and this is method that I'm going to use, which means I'm not Chinese teacher, I don't even speak English fluently. Purpose of this blog is for you to accompany me in my studying journey and who knows maybe you can start learning with me. I'm sharing this method here just in case someone else find it useful. Enjoy !!!
Note that this is English word order. Goal of this lesson is for us to remember vocabulary and then later to study grammar.

FUN WAY TO REMEMBER NUMBERS!!!Finally you can learn that boring years, phone numbers etc.
ex. You need to remember this year: 1345 - You just need to convert these numbers using the letters on the picture above and you will get dmrl which you can adapt to word admiral. This is useful because our mind will remember pictures and words faster then some kind of number sequences which has no sense to our brain
Here is the useful website which converts numbers and words for you: https://major-system.info/en/

How to learn a new language <3
Hello everyone!!!Today I'm going to talk about my method of learning languages.
Since my blog is all about me studying and sharing resources with you, so we can study together, don't expect from me to be expert in any of these fields. First of all English is not my native language. My level of English is that I can understand 90% of words, but my grammar is poor. However I have enough understanding so I can use it as tool for studying other subjects.
Why is my grammar poor? It is because I learned English by reading books online and never really cared much about grammar. First when I started learning it in school my grades were so bad. I tried so hard but my knowledge still stayed poor. I memorized bunch of words but I still wasn't improving. Than I found online English novels and I was curious to see whether I would understand anything AND AS EXPECTED I DIDN'T :) Well I could understand as much as 20% but that wasn't enough. I still kept on reading and finding words online. Then I started picking words from context and magically I could understand some words that I saw for the first time in my life. Now I'm interested in learning Mandarin , Korean and French. Well technically as much languages as I can but we need to start from somewhere, right?
Here comes method which I'm going to use. It is great to learn by reading books but what when you are just starting and you don't know any words and learning vocabulary can be boring if you aren't using some kind of memory technique? This is what you can do, use a language that you already know.
ex. This shì my book. shì- is(Mandarin)
I noticed when I listened some kpop songs, that I picked those words that were mixed with English a lot faster, then it clicked and I remembered how I learned English and that is all about context, I decided that I`m going to start studying that way.
Found some good vocabulary list-book(most common words) and I'm going to post my notes here for everyone who would be interested in learning that way.
Stay healthy and I wish you a great day. You are loved remember that <3
p.s Don't worry, learning English grammar is on my `study in future` list :)
